Renting a table at ‘The Stylish Dog’ with TTLS:

If you are interested in using our salon to operate your business, please read on.
Register your interest at [email protected] include details of your Dog Grooming experience, qualifications, how long you have been operating and an ideal start date. Once your email has been received it will be reviewed for suitability for both parties.
It is very important for you to note that we are NOT employing groomers, you will NOT work as a contractor to us nor will we supply dogs for your business or provide grooming training. You MUST have already had professional training at a recognised training establishment, or been operating full time as a grooming business for AT LEAST one year. Your business will operate autonomously from ours in every sense and will NOT be affiliated or connected to ours in any way other than you are renting the use of facilities. You will be required to sign our non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement when you first visit before you can observe or operate from our premises. You will need to agree to abide by the rules, consents and restrictions our business operates under. You will not be allowed to openly advertise your business within our premises, or store/sell your own stock. We will only have space for two grooming businesses at any one time. There will be a pre-selection process to ensure that our reputation is safe guarded and we are able to offer the most appropriate information and support to help your business grow to be as successful as ours.
COSTS:
£45 per day (min of 2 days per week)
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT:
Each contract will be done in periods of 6 months with a one month cancellation notice required from both parties. A new contract can be agreed from the 5 month period of your contract should you wish to remain renting a table at our salon.
ACCESS TO THE SALON:
You will be given a set of keys to the salon with the alarm code. You will agree to only use the salon between our licenced opening times, and for the number of days you are contracted.
WHAT YOU GET FOR THE MONEY:
Use of a grooming table, straps/restraints and stand dryer, Use of bathing and drying facilities including towels and blaster. Caging facilities for dogs not being worked on (important: we cannot have persistent barkers on site) All power, heating, light, water, waste costs are included. Use of toilet and kitchen facilities are also included. (Provide own food).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Shampoo, conditioner and cologne sprays – ear/eye cleaner, nail safe, powders, tissue, cotton wool, disinfectant, blade cleaning fluid, clipper oil, etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE Your own public liability insurance and personal protective equipment (overalls, eye/ear protection) Grooming tools – clippers, blades, scissors, brushes, combs, etc. And of course – your customer’s dogs
